 Definition of correction coefficient structure for the on-board data.

 Multiply the number of the recorded particles by the relevants
 coefficient(s) to correct for the effect of the sampling and
 other processing losses. See the definitions of the corresponding
 sub-structures for details.

 NOTE: the coefficient values are allways greater or equal than 1.0.
