Event of 2004 July 13

 
A class M6.7 X-ray flare started at 00:09 UT and ended 00:23 UT. It was located in active region NOAA 10646. Hα flare occurred during 00:00-02:48 UT. A partial halo coronal mass ejection (CME) was observed at 00:54 UT.

Another powerful X-ray flare occurred at 08:40. It reached its maximum flux at 08:48 UT and was located in AR NOAA 10464 (N12° W52°). The X-ray flare was accompanied by Hα flare which started at 08:43 UT. A halo CME was detected at 09:30 UT.
