A C3.7-class X-ray flare started at 18:48 UT and ended at 19:39 UT. The maximum X-ray flux was observed at 19:10 UT. The location of the flare was N20° W90°. There were type III radio bursts during 18:45-19:05 UT. The proton release time was 19:12 UT ± 13 min.
