A M1.8-class X-ray flare started at 19:38 UT and ended at 20:19 UT. The maximum X-ray flux was observed at 19:57 UT. The location of the flare was N20° W65°. There were type II radio bursts during 19:52-19:56 UT and type III radio bursts during 19:45-19:50. The proton release time was 20:00 UT ± 2 min.
