Definition of correction coefficient structure for the on-board
 PHA-data (particle events)

 Multiply the number of the recorded particles in the relevant
 PHA-data section (light, helium or heavy) by the coefficient to
 correct for the effect of the limited sample size.

 NOTE: the coefficient values are allways greater or equal than 1.0.
