 ThedDirCntrs_c::
    scHeader    : {TscHeader_a}   The header from the first period of the 4 period integration time
                                  of the direction distribution record. The statFlags-field is an 
                                  exception as it has all the four statFlags OR'ed together. 
    cntrOverflow: BYTE            Value of 1 means that the integration of the distribution data was
                                  stopped because one of the counters (either zenSegCntr or any
                                  of the Phi-Theta counters) would have otherwise overflown. Nominal
                                  value is 0 meaning no overflow and thus full integration time.
    zenSegCntr  : INT             Zenith segment counter (15 bits: max value = 0x7FFF). 
    segCntrs    : BYTE[24,10]     Phi-Theta counter table
